Who hears my recordings?
Your interviewer is an AI, so you can stumble in private: no human is in the session, and no one on staff listens to your recordings. Recordings are deleted 30 days after they are made. They are never shared with employers, recruiters or hiring platforms. Use a personal email, and export or delete everything from Settings at any time.
How is this different from a mock with a person?
A person brings their own judgment and a time you both agree on. Here the interviewer is an AI you can start whenever you are free. It asks the follow-up a real panel asks, quoting your own words, and every mark points at a line you said. You can take the same answer again.
Can I trust the marks?
Every mark quotes a line you said, and a mark that cannot quote you is not shown, so you can check each one against your own words. Code, not the AI, sets totals, prices, dates and refunds.
Why not use a general chat assistant?
A general chat assistant is not set up to hold an interview. Here the interviewer asks the follow-up a real panel asks, quoting your own words, every mark points at a line you said, and you can take the same answer again and compare the two takes.
Does a system design mock count as one mock?
Yes. A design mock runs about 30 minutes through 6 phases and uses one mock from your plan, the same as a behavioral mock. Each design mock includes a free retake of one phase.
Do paid mocks include a retake?
Yes. Every completed paid mock includes a free retake: one answer in a behavioral mock, one phase in a design mock. A behavioral mock you end before every answer is in has no retake.
Can I get a refund?
You can get a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have used 1 full mock or less.
Is one 5-minute question enough?
It does not try to judge you. It shows how you handle a follow-up, then lets you take the same answer again to see whether the fix holds. Full mocks run about 15 minutes.
Is there a human interviewer?
No. Your interviewer is an AI with a synthetic voice. Its questions and marks are practice feedback, not a hiring decision.
Will it invent numbers in my answer?
No. A Try line uses only facts you said. A missing number becomes a blank such as [your number].
Does my accent matter?
Accent, pace, pauses and filler words never change a score. Marks look only at what you said.
What do the plans include?
Sprint is $29 or ₹1,999: 4 full mocks over 14 days. Extended is $49 or ₹3,499: 8 full mocks over 30 days. Both cover all three rounds, and you pay once with no subscription.
Your plan's days count from purchase. Add extra mocks any time your plan is active.
What if my round moves?
Extra mocks add 2 mocks and 7 days for $12 or ₹1,200, on an active plan.
