What the service is

Retake Room gives you practice interviews with an AI interviewer and written practice feedback on your answers. The interviewer is an AI, not a person. Our marks and notes are practice feedback. They are not a hiring decision or a prediction of any employer's decision. We make no promise of any interview or job outcome.

Your account

You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding contract.

Use it for your own preparation only. You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep your mailbox secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Plans and prices

The free diagnostic wraps up after 5 minutes, hard-stops after 7 minutes, and becomes available again after 90 days per device and email.

Sprint: $29 or ₹2,900, 4 full mocks over 14 days.

Extended: $49 or ₹4,900, 8 full mocks over 30 days.

Plans are one-time purchases and do not renew.

A plan ends when its mocks are used or its days run out, whichever comes first. Extra mocks are sold separately. Prices are shown in USD or INR at checkout before you pay. Payments are handled by our payment partners. Taxes are shown at checkout where they apply.

Refunds

The refund policy is part of these terms.

Recording and your content

To run a mock we record your voice and make a transcript. You give us permission to process your recordings, transcripts and answers to run the service, mark your answers and show them back to you. You own your content. The privacy policy says how long we keep it and how to request deletion.

Acceptable use

No sharing your account, no scraping or copying questions at scale, no attempts to break or overload the service, no unlawful content, no impersonating another person.

Our content

The questions, marks, design and software are ours or our licensors'. You may use them for your own practice. You may not resell or republish them.

Availability

We may change, pause or withdraw features. If voice is at capacity or a mock fails for a technical reason, the mock is not counted against your plan.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". AI output can be wrong or incomplete; weigh it against your own judgment.

Ending

You can stop at any time and request deletion of your data. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Chennai have exclusive jurisdiction.

Consumer rights where you live still apply.

Changes

We post changes here and update the date. Material changes reach you by email before they apply to later purchases.

For users in India, we acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
